Description
This personalized supervision path is a collaborative space to support your creative processes, design atelier explorations, curate environments, and nurture your passion about materials, through practical guidance and expert feedback.
Each mentoring process is personalized and built around your specific goals and professional context. I bring my experience as an atelierista in Reggio Emilia, designer and art therapist to offer tailored supervision that combines theoretical and practical application.
Before each meeting, you are invited to send the key questions or themes you would like to explore. You are also welcome to share photos of your space or work-in-progress materials so our sessions can be focused, practical, and effective.

How it works
After your purchase, I will contact you by email to schedule our first session. From there, we will agree on the next steps session by session, following your own pace. Ideally, the cycle takes place within three months of purchase, but this timeframe is fully flexible if you need more time.
Between sessions, we keep a thread of connection alive: you are welcome to send me a short update before we meet, to give continuity to your research and stay aligned.
If you wish to continue after this initial cycle, our journey can naturally go on. I am always happy to keep working with people I already know, and future sessions can be arranged whenever you need them.
International Community Rate
To support the diverse global community of educators and therapists I work with, this mentoring cycle is offered at an accessible rate, aiming to make professional supervision available across different countries and contexts.

Words from participants
I truly loved working with Roberta. From our very first session, she created a space that felt both thoughtful and deeply supportive. She gently guided me in developing a mini atelier in my classroom, always adapting to my needs and questions. Roberta brings incredible experience, but what makes her mentorship so special is her warmth, her listening, and the genuine connection she builds. I left each session feeling inspired, re-energized, and full of meaningful ideas. I’m very grateful for this experience and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Across the sessions, we explored real-life examples from practice and discussed ways to support thinking and reflective conversations within my team. Together, we unpacked examples of environment design for learning, grounded in an image of the child as competent and capable. I have already started testing some of the ideas unpacked during the consultation sessions with my team of educators, who have responded very positively. I look forward to continuing to apply the learning and reflections stimulated by Roberta’s provocations and insights. Roberta’s approach was both thoughtful and practical, helping translate pedagogical ideas into possibilities that can be meaningfully explored in our own context. The sessions offered valuable inspiration and direction for continuing this work with my team.

Roberta provides gentle, respectful, and always insightful feedback that is designed to help you take the next steps on your personal journey. She has become a trusted friend who I always find pleasure spending time with, who always encourages me to expand my thinking and see things in new ways. I would highly recommend participating in any of Roberta’s workshops, study tours, or mentoring opportunities that you are able to attend! -Steffanie Bowles, Founder, Executive Director and Atelierista of Scuola Creativa, a Reggio-Inspired preschool in Royal Oak, Michigan.

What I value most about Roberta is the gentleness of the way she guides others. She rarely gives you a direct answer or tells you what you should do. Instead, she asks questions, creates space for reflection, and encourages you to listen more carefully — to children, to materials, to your context, and ultimately to your own inner voice. For me, this has been incredibly important. She did not show me how to become an atelierista; she helped me discover what kind of atelierista I wanted to become. She is also a wonderful role model. There is a quiet confidence and generosity in the way she works with people, and I have learned as much from observing how she builds relationships as I have from the professional knowledge she shares. I feel very fortunate that she was there at the beginning of my journey, and even more fortunate that she is still part of it today.
